You’ll be guided through:

Firstly, Jane will begin with a calming Qigong flow to release jaw tension, that is often connected to stress and emotions being held in the body. This gentle practice helps soften tension, settle the nervous system, and bring the body back into balance.

Followed by Susanne, who will lead a targeted facial ritual to release deep-seated jaw and masseter tension. Using precise sculptural techniques, this session focuses on lifting the lower face and defining the jawline for a relaxed, luminous contour. A sophisticated approach to easing tightness and restoring your natural radiance

As a bonus, all participants will receive a virtual goodie bag with access to a self-care video featuring Qigong and facial massage practices, allowing you to continue nurturing yourself at home after the workshop.
