I had a truly wonderful time at this afternoon wellness retreat and left feeling deeply relaxed and gently energised. From the moment I arrived, the practitioners created such a warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I felt the retreat was thoughtfully curated in a lovely setting and little touches made it extra special, especially the delicious homemade vegan flapjacks! I left feeling restored, uplifted, and very grateful to have taken the time for myself. I will definitely be looking out for the next one and can thoroughly recommend it to everyone!
On a cold, wet afternoon I went to a cosy, beautifully lit hall for a retreat with Seed Wellness Practitioners Susanne Aram (ProAgeing Therapy), Jane Davies (Yoga) and Andrew Jackson (Sound Healing). The practitioners were friendly and welcoming and provided a marvellous afternoon of self care and healing. I came out feeling like I had been cocooned away from the stresses of the day, and the weather! I look forward to attending another of these fantastic retreats in the future.
Such a wonderful afternoon — the facial left my skin feeling incredible, and I picked up some really helpful tips to use in my daily skincare routine. I absolutely loved the yoga, especially flowing with the music, and I’ll definitely be doing it again. The sound bath was deeply relaxing and helped release so much tension and emotion. I truly felt the benefits of the entire experience and will be keeping an eye out for future retreats!
